SITE UPDATE | PROGRESS

We are excited to report significant progress at the Tycorp development this month! The structures for Townhouses 1 through 5 are now complete, and we’ve made great strides with the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services for these units. Additionally, the external insulation has been installed, and joinery procurement is underway.

SITE UPDATE | STRUCTURE

Townhouse 7 – Townhouse 10 structure has been completed with internal services commencing. Townhouse 1 – Townhouse 6 structure is ongoing and due to be completed by the end of February.

Window fabrication for all townhouses is underway and will progress on installation on site in the next month. Works commencing in February include roof structure, window & window shroud fabrication as well as the carpark soffit insulation is underway and will progress onsite.

We are excited for the final push on site for 2023. The framing is progressing well with the southern side nearing completion, and are currently in the process of installing roof trusses. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year we look forward to providing an update when we are back in 2024.
