SITE UPDATE | GROUNDBREAKING ON SITE

Exciting milestone on site at MATTONE.

We held a Groundbreaking ceremony on site at Gibdon Street with the Tycorp team. Construction will commence shortly, with ground slab being poured at the start of October.

DEMOLITION UPDATE | RECYCLING OVER 95% OF MATERIAL

Significant progress on site at MATTONE. They utilized large multipurpose excavators and a series of trucks for demolition, working in tandem to maximise efficiencies.

Sustainability is always at the forefront of our mind with exceptional teamwork and planning, we have been able to work precisely and quickly, RECYCLING OVER 95% OF MATERIAL that otherwise would have been sent to landfill.

SITE UPDATE | DEMOLITION COMPLETE ON SITE

It’s official! There has been some movement down at Gibdon Street with demolition now complete.

We excited to have appointed builder Tycorp Construction start works on site. MATTONE leads the way in sustainable developments and we are excited to be apart of a project which has a positive impact on the environment and future homeowners.
